Energize and Exercise Outdoors!
Nothing like getting some Vitamin D, fresh air and a little sweat on. There are a variety of parks, trails and activites to do in YYC. Here are some of my favourites: The Bow – Strut, run or ride along the Bow River. Great views, even better for people watching and before you know it you’ve been going at it for 10k!
