Kettlebell x Jump Rope = SWEAT

Starting this short week sweating my butt off.

Today’s workout:

10 REPS X 4 ROUNDS
• Jumping lunge (20 total)
• Kettlebell sumo squat to high pull
• Kettlebell squat w/ leg extension
• Single leg hip thrust
• 2 minute jump rope
