I think we’ve all heard the saying “abs are made in the kitchen” right? I am here to tell you that is 100% true. You cannot out exercise a bad diet no matter how fast you run or how long you plank! The best results will come from a combination of a good diet and a steady workout plan. With that being said, life is also about balance, never stop living your life and don’t become overly obsessed with diet, counting macros and exercise (my personal opinion). We deserve to enjoy the good things in life of course, all while looking and feeling damn good!
